Restorative Yoga

Workshops

at the Lyme Center Academy Building:

Saturday, December 23, 9:30–11:30am

Saturday, January 6, 9:30-11:30am

Restorative yoga is a practice that is deeply relaxing and revitalizing. Each posture is fully supported by props such as blankets and foam blocks and "held" longer than a traditional yoga pose. In this unhurried and nurturing way, the body and the mind unwind deep patterns of tension and distress, restoring us to our more calm, clear, and vibrant selves.

This workshop is available to all levels of ability and experience.

The fee for each workshop is $25. These workshops are likely to fill. To reserve a place, please respond by email and send a check for $25 to:
